Oxygen Concentrator racket: Khan Chacha Owner Navneet Kalra's chat surfaces

The Delhi Police seized 96 oxygen concentrators from Khan Market in Delhi. These were hidden in the Khan Chacha restaurant in the Oxygen Concentrators Market, where the police raided and took them under their control. The video of the restaurant along with the WhatsApp chat has now surfaced. Earlier, the Delhi Police raided a restaurant and farmhouse in South Delhi and recovered 419 oxygen concentrators.
