While talking to ABP News, Nirbhaya's father appealed to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah to bring session insuring immediate punishment to convicts.
The Nirbhaya case that took place on December 16, 2012, six persons brutally raped a 23-year-old paramedic in a moving bus. She was accompanied by a friend who was also beaten up and later, both of them were thrown out of the vehicle.
