Mumbai: Two barges engulfed by Cyclone Tauktae

Mumbai: A barge submerged near the ONGC rig on the shores of the city. Barges are for accommodation at sea. Any EPC work requires more manpower and ONGC does not have the tools for big accommodations. The company working with it hires these barges.
