MP: Collector fixes hospital ventilator by himself | ICH

Corona has caused some havoc in the way that many hospitals in the country are full and there is a shortage of ventilators in others. There was a case in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh where 4 ventilators were damaged. After this, the Collector and the SP read the manual themselves and repaired it.
