Migrants on cycle and rickshaw who left for home from Delhi-NCR region were spotted near Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad. Youths who left Delhi are heading to Bihar's Purnia. Migrant labourers were forced to walk as the public transport was closed and borders were sealed due to the lockdwon.
