Manoj Jha explains why calling a Parliament session is necessary

RJD leader and Rajya Sabha MP said that India is facing a crisis on the border with China and pandemic at the same time. Hence, it is necessary to call a Parliament session so that legislative scrutiny can be done on executive decisions. He also said that to practice social distancing, Lok Sabha can be shifted to Central Hall while Rajya Sabha can be shifted to Lok Sabha chambers.
