Malda: Covid test done before attending the rally: Tapas Kumar Gupta

The speakers on the stage have been reduced to less than half with only a handful allowed on stage. 500 workers list has been sent to the local administration who will be allowed to attend the event. All have been through Covid test before they will be allowed to attend the rally.  Special LED to be set up for people in different locations in the district to ensure that the crowd does not reach the rally centre.
