Maharashtra: Congress agrees to withdraw a candidate: Sources

Maharashtra: Out of 9 seats of the Vidhan Parishad, BJP is getting 4, NCP is getting 2, Shiv Sena-2 and Congress 1. Earlier Congress was adamant on getting 2 seats but now it has withdrawn one seat. In this case, Vidhan Parishad elections won't take place.
