Lockdown being infringed in several cities | ABP Special

After a rumour in Haldwani, people came on roads and infringed rules of lockdown. Similarly, the lockdown has been disobeyed in several other cities as well. The current shutdown ends on the night of April 14, and Prime Minister Modi will address the nation tomorrow to convey further plan of action.
