Lockdown 4.0: 10-year-old spent two months in a Delhi park

A 10-year-old belonging from a labour family has spent two months in a park in Delhi's Dwarka after his parents had to leave for their hometown in Bihar as soon as the lockdown began. Preparations made to send the child to his family.
