Kapil Sibal APPROACHES SC over Haridwar Dharm Sansad's inflammatory speech

As per the latest update received over Haridwar Dharm Sansad's  inflammatory speech case, Congress leader and lawyer, Kapil Sibal has approached the Supreme Court. He has added that an FIR has been registered but no action has been taken yet.
