Is there a relation between UP's 'New Population Policy' & upcoming assembly elections

 Yogi Adityanath government of Uttar Pradesh today announced new population policy 2021-2030 on population control in UP. In this policy, some rules and regulations have been prepared to control the population of the state. For population control in UP, the State Law Commission has prepared the draft Population Control Bill-2021. Many proposals have been made in this draft to check the increasing population.
