Is the era of 90s making a come back in Jammu and Kashmir? This question arises after the surge in the incidents of targeted killings in Jammu and Kashmir. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has called Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha to Delhi on Saturday to meet him.  It is believed that in this meeting, Home Minister Shah will talk to Manoj Sinha about the targeted killings taking place in the Kashmir Valley.
