Zero FIR implemented in all police stations under Meerut range

After Noida police were criticised for the delay in registering FIR in the Gaurav Chandel case, the provision of Zero FIR has been implemented in all police stations and chowkis under Meerut range. Now people would not have to run from pillar to post for getting FIR registered.
Gaurav Chandel was robbed and murdered when he was on his way home from his office. Yesterday, after ABP News' report, IG, Meerut, Alok Singh has reached Gaurav Chandel's residence to meet his family.
