Will President's rule save Maharashtra from Coronavirus?

Maharashtra is suffering with maximum number of Coronavirus cases in India. It has 31972 cases of COVID-19. But despite of talking about saving the state and helping the residents overcome the disease, politics is being done.
BJP MP Narayan Rane met Governor Koshiyari and demanded the imposition of President's rule in Maharashtra. He also demanded deployment of army.
But will all this save Maharashtra?
