Will preparations for Maha-Kumbh complete on time?

Maha-Kumbh celebrations for the year 2021 in Uttarakhand's Haridwar is underway. But no notifications regarding the mela have been released by the government till date. The duration of the mela is unknown too. Speaking on it, Madan Kaushik said that the notification will be released in the second week of February. Take a look.
