Madhya Pradesh is functioning without cabinet ministers amid coronavirus crisis. As per reports, the decision of constituting the cabinet is hanging with several complications. A few months ago, former Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia joined hands with BJP which led Congress-led MP govt to fall. The BJP-led government is now headed by CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
