Why is politics being done over economic package? | Debate

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a huge economic package of Rs 20 lakh crores. Many leaders welcomed the decision but Congress seems to be divided on the mega package. In this debate, GVL Narsimha Rao, Abhay Kumar Dubey, Pranjal Sharma and Sunil will be seen discussing the fact that why politics is being done over the financial package. 

Earlier, many Congress leaders kept asking for financial package. These include Rahul Gandhi, Randeep Surjewala, Kapil Sibbal etc
