Why is opposition attacking Modi govt even after 100 crore vaccination milestone?

India has achieved a huge milestone of 100 crore vaccinations but the opposition is still unhappy. Randeep Surjewala called the celebration as a lie. He added that an investigation should be done in the matter. 

Congress had been vocal since the beginning of mahavaccination campaign against COVID-19 pandemic.
