Why is EC silent: Asks AAP after Modi's Shaheen Bagh comment

PM Modi on Monday said in a rally that the spontaneous protests against the CAA that sparked in Jamia, Shaheen Bagh and Seelampur are not a coincidence but actually well planned. However, AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh alleged that BJP can't speak on the issues of water, electricity, and health and hence is making polarising statements. He also questioned the silence of Election Commission over such statements.
