In Hoshiarpur, Punjab, BJP has surrounded Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi on the cruelty with daughter of migrant family of Bihar. Information Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar raised question that why Rahul Gandhi, who agitated on Hathras, does not go to Hoshiarpur?
