Why Hoshiyarpur rape case is being politicised?

In Hoshiarpur, Punjab, BJP has surrounded Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi on the cruelty of the daughter of migrant family of Bihar. Police has arrested both grandfather and grandson. Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh ordered the DGP to conduct speed trials in this case. He also said that the accused should be given the harshest punishment.
