Why has Citizenship Amendment Bill created row in India?

AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi questioned the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill. He said that the bill would turn India into Israel and would propogate Jinnah's Two-Nation Theory. On the other hand, opposition has been protesting against the bill as well. Gaurav Gogoi said that the Citizen bill was released to ammend NRC mistake. 
The bill will be tabeled in parliament today
