When Ram temple foundation stone was laid 31 years ago

Today is not the first time when the foundation stone for Ram temple is being laid in Uttar Pradesh's Ayodhya. 31 years ago, during the reign of Rajiv Gandhi, the foundation stone was laid in Uttar Pradesh.
