On May 12, Prime Minister, Narendra Modi said that the fourth phase of the nationwide COVID-19 lockdown would be in 'new form with new rules.' While addressing the nation, Prime Minister Modi said that, based on the suggestions by states information related to lockdown four will be given before May 18.
