West Bengal: TMC MLA Silbhadra Datta resigns from the party. The jolt to the TMC has come two days after rebel Trinamool Congress leader Suvendu Adhikari submitted his resignation as an MLA to the West Bengal assembly secretary and the day after MLA Jitendra Tiwari resigned from the party.
