West Bengal: PM Modi to address IIT Kharagpur convocation ceremony today

Ahead of the elections, PM Modi is on a visit to West Bengal and this is his third visit this month. Today, he will address the convocation ceremony of IIT Kharagpur. He will attend the convocation digitally and with him, the state education minister will also attend.
