West Bengal Cong sends proposal to high command over contesting polls with LEFT

The Congress State committee of West Bengal has sent a proposal to the High Command over contesting the upcoming polls in West Bengal with LEFT Parties. The Central Committee of  CPM is already in support of contesting the elections with the Congress party this time.
