We will stand by NCP's decision: Congress

Congress has now said that whatever NCP would decide, they would follow. 
Earlier, Governor has refused to give extra time to Shiv Sena in order to fulfill the procedure and talks with NCP and Congress. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has sent out the letter denying to give any more time to Shiv Sena
Aditya Thackeray and Eknath Singh had gone to Governor house in order to claim the formation of government but with a two-days' time. This was denied by the Governor
