UP's Yogi govt issues guidelines for new year celebrations

The Yogi Adityanath government in Uttar Pradesh has issued guidelines for the new year celebrations in the state. People will have to seek permission to hold an event on the eve of New Year 2021. On the other hand, the hosts will have to make sure that the norms of Coronavirus are met and health remains a priority.
