UP: SDRF, NDRF teams try to pull 4-year-old from borewell

Teams of SDRF and NDRF are on their toes as they make efforts to pull out a 4-year-old child from a borewell. The incident took place in Uttar Pradesh's Mohoba.
Despite repeated incidents, the open borewells are not being shut down by the authorities.
