UP Police arrest Vikas Dubey's aide Shashikant

Kanpur encounter culprit Vikas Dubey's aide Shashikant has been arrested. He had a bounty of Rs 50,000 on him. The information was divulged by Uttar Pradesh police ADG Prashant Kumar during a press conference.

It was also told that a case had been registered against the former SHO of Chaubepur after the letter of CO Devendra Mishra went viral
