Unknown men misbehave with students of Gargi College

Questions on safety and security of women in the national capital have been raised on multiple occasion. Another incident that will raise more such questions took place in Gargi college in Delhi. During a fest, many outsiders allegedly entered the campus and misbehaved with female students. The issue was raised in the Parliament too. Watch this report for more.
