Ultimately, SC will rule CAA unconstitutional: Tarun Gogoi

Former Assam CM Tarun Gogoi has expressed hope that ultimately the Supreme Court will rule that the Citizenship Amendment Act is unconstitutional. He further said that CAA will affect the demography of Assam, Tripura and other states in Northeast. Earlier in the day, SC refused to stay the CAA for now and asked the Centre to file a response in 4 weeks.
