U'khand Glacier Burst: Need to develop an early warning system, says NTPC CMD Gurdeep Singh

NTPC announced compensation to the family of the deceased while rescue operation continued in Tapovan.  NTPC Chairman Gurdeep Singh has said that there is a need to develop an early warning system. He called it the need of the hour. He also said that 10 meters out of 12 meters have been drilled, after this, the camera will be inserted and further strategy will be decided.
