Who will take oath as the Bihar Chief Minister apart from Nitish Kumar? 13 Ministers from NDA parties will be sworn in by Governor Phagu Chauhan on Monday afternoon. Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav has decided not to attend the oath-taking ceremony at the Raj Bhavan in Patna. Nitish Kumar will be sworn in as the CM of Bihar for a fourth term.
