Third major arrest in UP EPF scam

A.P. Mishra was given a two-year extension as managing director in 2015 and he resigned from the post in March 2017 after the Yogi government was sworn in.
Two senior officials -- the trust secretary P. K. Gupta and director finance Sudhanshu Dwiwedi-were also arrested late Saturday night. This is the third major arrest in UP EPF scam. According to new documents that have surfaced, the decision to invest in DHFL was taken after the Yogi Adityanath government came to power on March 19, 2017.
