Temperature in Ladakh dips to -19 degree Celsius

The winters are wreaking havoc in all parts of India. Ladakh is continuously receiving heavy snowfall. The temperature has gone down to minus 17 degree Celsius. 

While the National Capital, Delhi and parts of NCR also received downpour here on Saturday. The IMD has even predicted the rainfall between 3 to 6 January. 

While a dense sheet of fog engulfed Haryana's Ambala.
