Super 40: Winter Session begins, PM Modi stresses on RS' importance

Winter session of parliament begins in which Prime Minister Narendra Modi stressed on Rajya Sabha's importance in contributing to the nation. He said that RS contributes towards development of the nation. The parliamentarians gave tribute to Arun Jaitley. Sanjay Raut said that Jaitley told how to be together and maintain relations.
