States need to be more active to help migrants: Dharmendra Pradhan

Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas and Minister of Steel, Dharmendra Pradhan, was LIVE on ABP News. He spoke over present state of migrants and the way they had been heading home on foot. He said, "More trains will have to be functional for the migrants to reach their hometowns without any hassels. But the states, from where the migrants are, will have to be more active for the migrants."
