Today is the third day of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's visit to Russia amidst tensions with China. He is attending the grand military parade held in Moscow today to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Soviet victory over Nazi Germany in World War II. The defense ministers of the two countries will be together in Moscow amid the ongoing tension over the LAC.
