SC brings huge relief to BJP MPs; halts coercive action until next hearing

Supreme Court has given a huge jolt to West Bengal's Mamata Banerjee government. The apex court has halted any kind of action against the Bharatiya Janata Party leaders until the next hearing.
The next hearing will be done in January 2021.
BJP MLAs had submitted a plea in SC requesting suspension of coercive action.
