Satyanand Bhogta violates lockdown rules to celebrate birthday

It was the birthday of Jharkhand minister Satyanand Bhogta and to celebrate the day, Bhogta violated all the rules of lockdown. Social distancing was neglected, masks were nowhere to be seen. When the minister was asked about the video, he claimed that it was of 2019 birthday celebrations. But the camera caught his lies when few of his party attendees were witnessed wearing face masks
