Rajnath Singh over Nepal issue: 'Will solve conflicts through talks'

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said that India will solve issues with Nepal through peaceful talks. 
Rajnath gave this statement while addressing Uttkhand Jan Samvad rally today via video conferencing.
