Precautions against Coronavirus ignored in Nitish's digital rally

Although masks were distributed in between Nitish Kumar's address in the digital rally but no social distancing was followed for the less number of people who came to listen to the Chief Minister in Muzaffarpur. This was the his first-ever virtual rally for the upcoming Bihar assembly elections.
