Prashant Kishor: NRC won't be implemented in Bihar | Exclusive Interview

Janata Dal-United Vice President and election strategist Prashant Kishor in an Exclusive interview to ABP News talked about Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). He said, it is important to see CAA and National Registers Citizen together. JD(U)'s stance is very clear. We had a dissent note even in parliamentary committee.  
The CAA is meant to grant citizenship to persecuted Hindus, Sikhs, Parsis, Jains, Buddhists and Christians minorities in Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan, excluding all types of persecuted Muslims, including Shias and their sub-sects, Ahmediyas and others.
