Posters across UP, surveillance, how cops are tracking Vikas Dubey

It has been over four days since Vikas Dubey went absconding after killing 8 cops of Uttar Pradesh in a village near Kanpur. UP police have put up posters of the notorious gangster across the state and increased surveillance of Vikas as well as many police officers who may have been in touch with the dreaded criminal.
