Population Control Law: All is not well within Bihar NDA?

Nitish Kumar said that there was no need of population control law but awareness among people of Bihar state but now Deputy Chief Minister of the state has given a statement exactly opposite to it. Renu Devi said that a policy like that of Uttar Pradesh was needed in Bihar as well.
