PM Modi Rajya Sabha speech: Sibal justifies walkout by Opposition

Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP justified the walkout by Opposition leaders towards the later half of the speech given by PM Modi in the Upper House. PM Modi was speaking in response to President's address to the Parliament. Sibal said that the kind of words that the Prime Minister used doesn't suit the dignity of his post.
