PM Modi questions opposition: 'Why take a U-turn on farm reforms?'

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was speaking in Rajya Sabha when he said that all opposition leaders including Sharad Pawar were in favour farm reforms but took a U-turn over it. 'All talked about it since two decades but I was shocked to see how everyone took a U-turn out of the blue. Why was it that?' PM Modi asked.
